We feel so blessed and thankful to announce the arrival of a sweet little brother for Michayla and Joel, Liam Joshua! Liam was born to us on Monday, October 30th, weighing 6 lbs. and 14 oz. and measuring 19 1/2 inches! Liam means: "strong-willed warrior and protector", and Joshua means "the Lord is my salvation". I believe God gave us this name for our precious little one. My prayer has been throughout my pregnancy that as Liam grows, he will recognize that strength and salvation come from God alone and that he will know Christ as His Savior at a young age.
Michayla and Joel have been in baby heaven! How sweet it has been to see them love on him since the moment they met him and wake up every morning, so excited to see baby Liam and hold him! We have treasured this past week as a family and are so thankful for God's mercy and protection throughout pregnancy and birth for me and for Liam! Our cutie could not be any sweeter than he is! He has been a content and healthy newborn his first week and a half of life! Praise God!
